{word art wednesday} psalm 18:46

Wednesday, March 25, 2015
Hi there! Happy Wednesday! It's time for this week's challenge at Word Art Wednesday. I wasn't sure I would get a card made this week because the stomach bug visited our house and didn't want to leave! I had it, and then Grayson came down with it. His bug lasted several days. I'm ready for everyone to get well around here!

Our scripture this week is Psalm 18:46 - "The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted."

I used the current Viva la Verve Sketch for March 2015 Week 3. What a fun sketch! I'm adding this one to my favorites. I chose some bright, springy colors from the Doodlebug Designs Hello Spring line. I printed the word art file directly onto patterned paper. The flags were cut out with the MFT Flag Stax Dienamics. I did some sewing on my card and finished it off with a bow and some pearls.

That is it for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Be sure you head over to the Word Art Wednesday blog to grab the word art file and check out the beautiful inspiration from the design team!

  2. Candace,
I especially liked this card. The machine stitching adds to it but the bow is so beautiful. The colors are wonderfully paired. Blessings Carole
