TSG154 - May Flowers

Hi there!! I'm playing along with this week's There She Goes Challenge today. This week our challenge is brought to us by Laurel! She has challenged us to make a card or project using the theme, May Flowers. Spring is the perfect time for flowers, and you know what they say: April Showers BRING May Flowers!

I made this card using the Bloom stamp set. I love this set! The flowers are so pretty, and you get a good variety of sizes with the flowers, and it also has sentiments to cover just about anything. I made this card for a sweet owner of a local gift shop here. She was doing a giveaway on Facebook. Whoever got the most people to "like" her page would win a gift certificate. I fought so hard for it but didn't quite win. However, she was soooo sweet to award both the 1st place winner and myself since I came in second! Isn't that awesome?! I wanted to let her know how much I appreciated her kindness, and this sentiment was perfect for that. 

The papers are Crate Paper Restoration. Love them! I colored my image with Copic markers and cut it out with Oval Nestabilities. I added the pearls with the Cream Viva Paper Pen. I love those pens!! To embellish my card, I added some ribbon and cut out a flower using the MFT Flower and Leaf Trio Dienamics. That bow is kinda ginormous, but oh well!
