TSG178 - Sew Glad We're Friends!

Sunday, October 28, 2012
Hi there!! I am sneaking this card in at the last minute for this week's There She Goes Challenge #178. This week's challenge was a sketch challenge - my favorite kind! TSG always has such good sketches, and this one is definitely a new favorite!

I used some older Cosmo Cricket Material Girl papers. The cream background and cream circle were embossed with the Polka Dots embossing folder, and the blue panel was embossed with the Seeing Spots embossing folder. I cut out the flags with the MFT Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics. I outlined the cream circle with a Cream Viva Pearl Pen. The pincushion image is from one of my favorite TSG stamp sets - Cute as a Button. I colored it with Copic markers, cut it out, and popped it up with a foam dot. Some measuring tape ribbon and a stick pin finished this card off.

Thanks so much for stopping by! :)
