Hi there! I *love* the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenges, but I usually don't get enough time to play along. Since I had a lot of stamping time this week, I played along with the sketch yesterday...on the same day it was revealed! I'm quite proud of myself. :)
Since the sketch had a long image panel, I wanted to ink up my Vertical Greetings stamp set. I bought that set because I loved the sentiments so much, but I hadn't had a chance to use it until yesterday.
The paper is from the This and That Line by Echo Park - my favorite paper company! I stamped the sentiment in Memento Rich Cocoa and cut it out using the die that came with the stamp set. I punched the borders with the Dainty Lace Border Dienamics. I embellished my card with lots of stitching, a few brads, a fancy flourish cut-out, and a large rolled rose flower topped with a button and twine. This is an all-MFT card! Love it! :)
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I'm off to make more cards...
