Hi there!! Today there is a new challenge at the There She Goes blog! This week's challenge is my favorite kind - a sketch challenge!
I created a birthday card for our pastor using the sketch and some There She Goes stamps. Are you wondering which set that is? *GRIN*...it's a new set being released this week called When I Grow Up, and that's all I'm going to say about that! If you want another sneak peek and the details about that set, you'll just have to come back on Wednesday. :)
I paper-pieced the neckties with some FUN new masculine paper from the Echo Park This & That Charming collection. Normally, I don't do masculine very well, but I LOVE these papers!! Anytime I do a masculine card, I almost always add silver brads and twine to it. It lets me feel like I'm embellishing without being too girly. The stamped sentiment is from the Make a Wish set, and I cut it out with the First Place Ribbon Award Dienamics by MFT Stamps.
That's it for me today. Be sure you hop over to the TSG blog to get all the challenge details, and be sure to join us this week since it's release week! We'll start sneak peeks tomorrow! Thanks so much for stopping by! :)
